Before we connect anything, we map where AI already runs in your business, what data it touches and who can reach what. It's written down in plain words, and every tool and person gets only the access it needs. It isn't an extra you buy: it's how every site and assistant we build is set up.

What does Hegetic do?

Hegetic builds a complete, intelligent system for your business. We create a fast, modern website. We add a reliable AI assistant that answers enquiries and takes bookings on your site and on WhatsApp, in any language. We secure your presence across ChatGPT, Gemini and Google. Each month we deliver a clear performance report in euros. We set it up, connect it to your existing tools, and run it alongside you.

How much does it cost?

There is a single setup fee, then a clear monthly fee. For every trade we prepare a fixed price in writing within forty-eight hours of a short introductory call. Prices are quoted without VAT. The numbers stay simple and transparent from the start.

How long until it's live?

About four weeks: a week to understand the business, two to build, and one to connect and test. You check every answer the assistant may give before it goes live.

Will customers know they're talking to an AI?

Yes. Every Hegetic assistant says it's an AI assistant, answers only from facts you approved, and passes anything unusual to a person. The EU AI Act (Article 50) asks for exactly that.

What is GEO?

Generative engine optimisation: making sure AI assistants such as ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity find your business, get the facts right and name you when someone asks for what you do. We test it every month with the questions your customers really ask.

Do I own what you build?

Yes. The domain, the content, the data and the code are yours. If you stop, you keep the site.
