# Hegetic

> Hegetic builds one system for a small business in Greece: a fast website, an AI assistant that answers and books on the website and WhatsApp in any language, day and night, visibility in ChatGPT, Gemini and Google (GEO), and a one-page report every month that shows what the system earned, in euros. Each trade gets its own version.

- [Hegetic Ledger](https://hegetic.com/ledger/): accounting offices. Clients send receipts on WhatsApp; the assistant files them and chases what is missing before myDATA and VAT deadlines. Filing stays with the office. Planned.
- [Hegetic Care](https://hegetic.com/care/): clinics and dental practices. A voice assistant answers the calls the front desk misses, books appointments and sends reminders. No medical advice. Planned.

## How we work

AI audit and zero trust by default, on every project: before connecting anything we map where AI already runs in the business, what data it touches and who can reach what, write it down in plain words, and give every tool and person only the access it needs. It is part of every build, not a separate service.
