1. Who we are

Hegetic is a trading name of G.P. Cybernest Technology and Recruitment Solutions Ltd, Kolokotroni 25, Dromolaxia 7020, Cyprus. We decide how the data on this site is used, so under the GDPR we are its controller. For anything on this page, write to [email protected].

2. What we collect

Only what you type into the contact form: your name, your business, your email, your phone number if you add it, and your message. If you email us directly, we get what you write and your email address. We ask for nothing else.

3. Why we use it

To reply to you and, if you ask, to prepare a proposal or a call. The legal basis is your request and the steps before a contract (GDPR art. 6(1)(b)), and our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries (art. 6(1)(f)). We don't add you to a newsletter, and we don't send you marketing without your yes.

4. Who handles it for us

• FormSubmit (formsubmit.co) delivers the contact form to our mailbox as an email. Its own privacy policy applies to that delivery.
• Google Workspace is our mailbox: your message arrives and is kept there.
• Cloudflare hosts this site and protects it from attacks. To deliver each page it sees technical data, such as your IP address and browser.
• Google Fonts and jsDelivr serve the site's fonts and some of its scripts. When a page loads, your browser asks them for these files, so they see your IP address.

Some of these providers may process data outside the EU. When they do, they rely on the safeguards the GDPR requires, such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. We never sell your data or share it for anyone's marketing.

5. Cookies and tracking

None for analytics or advertising, and no tracking pixels. Your browser remembers two small settings on your own device: your language and light or dark mode. They never leave it. Cloudflare may set one strictly necessary security cookie to tell people from bots.

6. How long we keep it

As long as we need it to answer you. If we work together, for the length of the contract and the records the law asks us to keep, such as tax records. If nothing comes of it, we delete your enquiry within 12 months.

7. What you can ask

You can ask to see the data we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, to limit how we use it, to object to its use, or to receive it in a file you can take elsewhere. Write to [email protected]. We answer within one month.

If you think we got it wrong, you can complain to the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection in Cyprus: dataprotection.gov.cy.

8. Changes

If we change how we use your data, we update this page and its date first.
